Freedom, respect, consent and common sense.

SwingersTaboo is an adult community for open-minded people, couples and singles who want to meet, interact, share experiences and explore the lifestyle in a respectful environment.

SWTB is free to join and use, but freedom does not mean the absence of rules.

These rules exist to protect our members, keep the community enjoyable and prevent abuse, harassment, spam and illegal behaviour.

By creating an account or using SWTB, you agree to follow these rules.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the community.

Child Safety Standards

SwingersTaboo has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Swtb is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Users must not create, upload, distribute, request or facilitate any content or behaviour involving the sexual exploitation, abuse or endangerment of minors.

Users can report profiles, content or behaviour that may violate these standards directly through the reporting tools available in the app. Reported content is reviewed and, where appropriate, removed, and accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated.

When SwingersTaboo obtains actual knowledge of confirmed CSAM or other child sexual abuse or exploitation, we take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and our published standards. This may include immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, preservation of relevant information where legally required, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority, as applicable.

This prohibition includes grooming a minor for sexual exploitation, sextortion involving a minor, trafficking of a minor for sexual purposes, sexual solicitation of minors, and any other behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a minor.

GLOBAL USER RULES

1. Adults Only

SWTB is strictly for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal adult age required in your country, to register or use the platform.

Content involving minors, or people who reasonably appear to be minors, is strictly prohibited.

Accounts or content that violate this rule may be removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities where required.

2. Respect and Consent Come First

Respect and consent are fundamental to this community.

Every member has the right to:

say no;

stop a conversation;

change their mind;

define their personal boundaries;

refuse invitations, messages or meetings;

decide who they want to interact with.

Nobody owes another member a reply, friendship, meeting, sexual interaction or explanation.

Harassment, intimidation, pressure, threats, stalking, insults or repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.

If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop immediately.

3. Be Respectful to Other Members

SWTB welcomes people with different bodies, identities, orientations, nationalities, cultures, preferences and ways of experiencing sexuality.

Discrimination, humiliation or personal attacks are not tolerated.

This includes discrimination based on:

gender;

sexual orientation;

gender identity;

ethnicity;

nationality;

culture;

physical appearance;

body type;

relationship model;

sexual preferences;

lifestyle choices.

You do not need to share somebody else's preferences to respect their right to have them.

4. English Is the Community Language

English is the official language used in SWTB public community areas.

Using one common language makes public discussions accessible to members from different countries.

Your English does not need to be perfect.

Translation tools are perfectly acceptable.

5. Your Profile Must Be Genuine

Your account must represent you honestly.

Fake profiles, impersonation and deliberately misleading identities are not allowed.

Do not pretend to be another person or use another person's identity, photographs or personal information.

Profile information should not intentionally misrepresent who is actually using the account.

6. Photos, Videos and Uploaded Content

Upload only content that belongs to you or that you are authorised to publish.

You must have permission from every identifiable person appearing in your photos or videos.

Do not upload:

stolen photographs;

private images belonging to another person;

screenshots taken from other websites without permission;

copyrighted material you are not authorised to distribute;

intimate content published without consent.

If you upload content involving another person, responsibility for obtaining their consent remains yours.

7. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is not permitted anywhere on SWTB:

sexual content involving minors;

non-consensual intimate content;

real abuse, coercion or sexual violence;

threats or encouragement of violence;

hate speech;

racist or discriminatory content;

extremist propaganda;

illegal content;

stolen intimate images;

content intended to humiliate or expose another person without consent.

We may remove such content immediately and take further action where appropriate.

8. No Spam or Aggressive Promotion

SWTB is a community, not an advertising network.

Repeated unsolicited advertising, mass invitations and promotional spam are not allowed.

Do not repeatedly promote:

external websites;

social media accounts;

Telegram or WhatsApp channels;

paid platforms;

commercial services;

private paid content;

external groups or communities.

Where SWTB provides specific areas for clubs, events or other activities, use the appropriate official tools instead.

9. External Links

External links may be permitted where the platform specifically allows them, for example in designated profile fields or private areas.

They must not be used to spam members or repeatedly move users away from SWTB for commercial purposes.

SWTB does not verify or guarantee external websites, services or offers shared by members.

Follow external links at your own discretion.

10. Money and Private Transactions

Be cautious whenever another member asks you for money.

SWTB is not responsible for private financial arrangements, purchases, services or agreements made directly between members.

Never send money simply because someone claims to be trustworthy.

Be particularly careful with:

paid private channels;

external subscriptions;

requests for advance payments;

paid meetings;

suspicious commercial proposals.

If something feels suspicious, report it.

11. Profile Certification

Where available for your profile type, certification is strongly recommended.

Certification can provide other members with additional confidence that a profile corresponds to real people.

Certification does not guarantee another person's behaviour, intentions or identity outside the scope of the certification process.

Always use your own judgement.

12. Real-Life Meetings

Meetings arranged through SWTB are private arrangements between the people involved.

SWTB does not organise private encounters between users and cannot guarantee what happens during an offline meeting.

Before meeting someone:

communicate clearly;

agree on boundaries;

protect your personal information;

tell someone you trust where appropriate;

meet in a way that makes you feel comfortable;

remember that consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Use common sense.

13. Groups

Groups must follow the same rules as every other part of SWTB.

Creating a group does not give its owner permission to ignore community rules.

Groups created primarily for spam, harassment, illegal activity or moving members to external paid services may be removed.

14. Games, Clubs and Events

Community games, clubs and events must be used responsibly.

A booking, game interaction or participation request does not imply sexual consent or create any obligation between members.

Club owners and event organisers are responsible for the information they publish and for managing their own activities according to applicable laws and their own terms.

15. Protect Other People's Privacy

Never publish another person's:

real name;

address;

telephone number;

private messages;

private photographs;

workplace;

location;

personal or identifying information

without their permission.

Do not attempt to expose, identify or publicly shame another member.

16. Do Not Abuse Community Features

Do not deliberately misuse:

friend requests;

messages;

comments;

ratings;

reports;

invitations;

certifications;

games;

groups;

event bookings;

credits or reward systems.

Attempts to manipulate credits, rewards, rankings or community features may result in restrictions or account removal.

17. Reporting Problems

If you encounter:

harassment;

fake profiles;

stolen photographs;

spam;

threats;

illegal content;

suspicious behaviour;

misuse of the platform,

please use the available reporting tools.

Reports help us identify problems that automated systems may not detect.

18. Do Not Abuse the Reporting System

Reports must be made in good faith.

Repeated false reports, retaliatory reports or attempts to use moderation tools against another member for personal reasons are themselves considered abuse.

19. Moderation

SWTB staff may investigate reports and take action when necessary to protect the platform and its members.

Actions may include:

content removal;

warnings;

temporary restrictions;

suspension;

permanent account removal.

The action taken depends on the seriousness of the behaviour, previous violations and potential risk to other members.

Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

20. Read the Rules Before Participating

Registering an account means accepting responsibility for understanding these rules.

Claiming not to have read them does not exempt an account from moderation.

We prefer a smaller community of respectful members over a larger community where abusive behaviour is tolerated.

A Final Reminder

SWTB exists for adults who want to interact freely with other adults.

Freedom requires respect.

Respect consent.
Respect boundaries.
Respect privacy.
Respect other people's choices.
